The Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce (ILBCC) will host its 3rd Annual State Convention August 21-23, 2008 at the fabulous Renaissance Chicago Hotel located at 1 West Wacker Drive downtown Chicago. For hotel reservations, call (800) 228-9290 and ask for the ILBCC convention rate of $159.00 for a single room and $159.00 for a double,per night.
